Sergey explains, "Fitness means a healthy way of life. There is fitness bodybuilding as a kind of sport and fitness for health. The latter helps to improve your health, general well being, to strengthen your weak muscles, to reduce extra weight and in general to have a good time at the gym. Fitness as a sport means participation in bodybuilding competitions". Going in for sport fitness demanded full self-sacrifice from Sergey. "After the competitions and heavy training for championships, I felt exhausted due to rigorous dieting during the preparation cycle". Sergey was looking for natural products that would help him cope with the consequences of training and competitions. "Being an athlete, I understood that nutrition plays an important role in training and further rehabilitation so I tried many diets. Sergey uses this program for a whole month, then he takes a one-month break. During the break - one shake a day, Aloe Vera and Schizandra.
